By accessing or using any services provided by DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to online examination platforms, offline examination management, OMR processing systems, candidate registration portals, and examination surveillance solutions, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users including educational institutions, corporate organizations, government bodies, examination candidates, administrators, and service personnel.

DCS Technosis reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services and notify us in writing.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd regarding the use of our examination services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or oral. Any additional terms or conditions proposed by clients must be agreed upon in writing and signed by authorized representatives of DCS Technosis to be considered valid and binding.

DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd is a technology-driven examination services company specializing in comprehensive end-to-end assessment solutions. Our services are designed to meet the diverse needs of educational institutions, corporate organizations, and government bodies across India. We are committed to delivering secure, scalable, and efficient examination management through cutting-edge technology and operational excellence.

• Online Examination Management with secure browser technology and real-time monitoring capabilities for conducting large-scale digital assessments
• Offline Examination Management including venue arrangements, infrastructure setup, and on-ground coordination for traditional paper-based examinations

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance with mutually agreed terms documented in formal service agreements.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

All users of DCS Technosis services, whether institutions, organizations, or individual candidates, are required to adhere to specific obligations and responsibilities to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of examination processes. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in service termination, examination cancellation, or legal action as deemed appropriate.

For Educational Institutions and Organizations

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding examination requirements, candidate demographics, syllabus details, and assessment criteria
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with DCS Technosis teams throughout the examination lifecycle from planning to result declaration
• Make payments as per agreed schedules and terms mentioned in the service agreement without delays or defaults
• Review and approve examination materials, question papers, answer keys, and other assessment content before final deployment
• Designate authorized representatives for decision-making, approvals, and coordination related to examination activities
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and educational board guidelines governing examination conduct and assessment practices

For Examination Candidates

• Provide accurate personal information during registration and maintain confidentiality of login credentials and candidate credentials
• Appear for examinations at designated venues and times as specified in the examination schedule and admit cards
• Refrain from any form of malpractice, cheating, impersonation, or use of unfair means during examination conduct
• Follow examination rules including restrictions on electronic devices, communication equipment, and unauthorized materials
• Cooperate with examination invigilators, technical support staff, and DCS Technosis personnel during the examination process
• Report any technical issues, system malfunctions, or irregularities immediately to the examination authorities

Any violation of these obligations may result in disciplinary action including examination cancellation, result withholding, debarment from future examinations, or legal proceedings as per applicable laws. DCS Technosis reserves the right to take appropriate measures to maintain examination integrity and protect the interests of all stakeholders.

Registration and Candidate Management

DCS Technosis provides comprehensive online registration and candidate management systems designed to streamline the enrollment process for examinations. Our platforms enable educational institutions and organizations to efficiently manage large volumes of candidate registrations while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with examination requirements.

Registration Process

Candidates must complete the online registration process through the designated examination portal within the specified registration period. The registration process typically involves creating a user account, filling out the application form with personal and educational details, uploading required documents and photographs, selecting examination centers and subjects, making payment of applicable fees, and receiving confirmation of successful registration.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. DCS Technosis reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted information and documents. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in registration cancellation, examination disqualification, and legal action. Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all details including name, date of birth, category, contact information, and educational qualifications are entered correctly as these cannot be modified after final submission.

Candidate Account Management

• Candidates must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts
• Candidates should regularly check their registered email addresses and mobile numbers for important examination-related notifications and updates
• Admit cards, examination schedules, and result notifications will be made available through the candidate portal and must be downloaded by candidates
• Any requests for corrections or modifications to registration details must be submitted within the specified correction window with supporting documents
• DCS Technosis implements robust security measures to protect candidate data but candidates must also take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access

Incomplete registrations or applications with pending document uploads or payment confirmations will not be processed. DCS Technosis is not responsible for registration failures due to technical issues on the candidate's end including internet connectivity problems, browser compatibility issues, or incorrect payment information. Candidates are advised to complete registration well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical difficulties.

Payment Terms and Financial Policies

All examination services provided by DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd are subject to payment of applicable fees as specified in service agreements, quotations, or examination notifications. Payment terms are established based on the scope and scale of services and must be adhered to by all clients and candidates to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

For Institutional Clients

Service fees for educational institutions, corporate organizations, and government bodies are determined based on multiple factors including examination scale, number of candidates, service components required, infrastructure needs, geographical coverage, and duration of engagement. Detailed quotations are provided after initial consultation and requirement analysis.

• Payment schedules are outlined in the service agreement with typical structures including advance payment, milestone-based payments, and final settlement
• Advance payments are required to confirm service booking and initiate planning and resource allocation for examination activities
• All payments must be made through approved banking channels with proper invoicing and financial documentation maintained for audit purposes
• Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST which will be charged additionally as per prevailing tax laws
• Late payment beyond agreed due dates may attract penalty charges and may impact service delivery timelines
• Cancellation or postponement of examinations after service booking may result in cancellation charges as specified in the service agreement

For Examination Candidates

Examination fees for candidates are set by the organizing institution or examination authority and collected through the DCS Technosis registration portal. Fee structures vary based on examination category, subject selection, application category, and other relevant factors as determined by the examination conducting body.

• Online payment options include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets as available on the payment gateway
• All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with encryption and industry-standard security protocols
• Payment confirmation is sent via email and SMS and candidates must retain transaction receipts for future reference
• Refund policies are determined by the examination conducting authority and DCS Technosis facilitates refund processing as per approved policies
• Failed or declined payment transactions must be retried or alternative payment methods must be used to complete registration

DCS Technosis does not store or have access to complete payment card details as all payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment gateways. In case of any payment discrepancies or issues candidates should contact the examination helpdesk with transaction details for resolution.

Security, Compliance and Data Protection

DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and data protection across all examination processes and technology platforms. We implement comprehensive security measures to ensure examination integrity, prevent malpractices, and protect sensitive candidate and institutional data from unauthorized access or breaches.

• Biometric authentication and candidate verification processes to prevent impersonation and ensure candidate identity
• Secure browser technology for online examinations preventing access to unauthorized applications or internet resources during tests

Limitation of Liability

While DCS Technosis makes every effort to ensure accurate, reliable, and uninterrupted examination services, certain limitations on liability apply to protect the company from circumstances beyond reasonable control. These limitations are established to clarify the extent of responsibility and accountability in various scenarios.

DCS Technosis shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or disruptions in examination conduct resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, power failures, internet outages, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, DCS Technosis will work with clients to reschedule examinations or implement alternative arrangements as feasible.

The company is not responsible for candidate-related issues including failure to appear for examinations, incorrect information provided during registration, loss of credentials, technical problems on candidate devices, or non-compliance with examination rules. Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility criteria and follow examination guidelines.

DCS Technosis liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of reputation, business opportunities, or data unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate service agreements under specific conditions as outlined in the contract. DCS Technosis reserves the right to terminate services immediately if clients fail to make payments as per agreed schedules, provide false or misleading information, breach confidentiality obligations, or engage in any conduct that compromises examination integrity.

Clients may request cancellation or postponement of examination services by providing written notice within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Cancellation charges will apply based on the stage of service delivery and resources already committed. Full refunds are typically not provided for cancellations made close to examination dates.

In cases of examination malpractice or violation of terms by candidates, DCS Technosis has the authority to cancel candidate registrations, invalidate examination attempts, and bar candidates from future examinations. Such actions are taken in consultation with the examination conducting authority and documented appropriately.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by DCS Technosis shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Both parties agree to attempt resolution of any disputes through good faith negotiations and mediation before pursuing litigation. In the event that mutual resolution is not achieved, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the arbitration proceeding conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Any legal notices or communications required under these terms must be sent in writing to the registered office address of DCS Technosis Pvt Ltd or the address specified in the service agreement. Electronic communications will be considered valid if sent to official email addresses with acknowledgment of receipt.
